I loved the host, and the staff was helpful and amazingly friendly. Had bright and new-fashioned room plus coffee/tea making facilities, a flat-screen television and a seating area.

The place was so accommodating, I didn't want to leave after my wonderful 10-night stay in a relaxed area near the town center.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely apartment in a beautiful location. The apartment was well-equipped and spacious, with a comfortable bed and fine views of the sea. We especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the peacefulness and tranquility of the surroundings. The owner was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences such as a lack of kitchen utensils and some noise from other apartments, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I had a great experience from start to finish during my business trip. The location is a short walk to Dubrovnik and restaurants. The room was fashionable and had an exceptionally comfortable bed, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. The sea view from the residence was amazing.

our second stay in cavtat was a unexpected delight. residence delta surpassed all expectations with its stunning modern design and panoramic sea view. the peaceful terrace and therapeutic sound of the waves made it impossible to leave. the owner's friendliness and helpfulness were the icing on the cake.

Amazing view, nice balcony and interior, but lacking organization. Friendly owner, great suggestions and benefits. Pristine apartment with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Fabulous small pool for cooling off. Good wifi, close to a small supermarket. Perfect for a pre or post-trip relaxation spot.
